By accessing or using Nova AI Diagnostics ("the Service"), operated by NOVA ECOSYSTEM SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (AI Platforms — Applications — Automation), registered at Georgiou Seferi 5, Heraklion, Crete, Greece, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nova AI Diagnostics is an AI-powered code scanning platform that analyzes user-submitted code, files, URLs, or public repositories for security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and code quality problems.
You may only scan code, systems, URLs, or repositories that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization to analyze.
Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems may violate computer fraud laws (e.g., CFAA, GDPR, local cybercrime statutes). You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use. The Service is provided for authorized security auditing, educational and platform-optimization purposes only.
Access to scanning requires an active paid subscription. Web payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Merchant of Record, PCI-compliant). In-app purchases inside our Android application are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing (and on iOS, by Apple In-App Purchase) and are managed by RevenueCat Inc. on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Google Play / App Store account or, for web subscriptions, by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing differences: Mobile in-app prices (Starter €12.99, Pro €24.99, Business €59.99 per month) are higher than web prices (€9.99 / €19.99 / €49.99) to cover store commissions. The exact price, currency and tax are shown on the native purchase sheet before you confirm.

Account & data deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all personal data at any time from Dashboard → Delete my account, or by emailing support.
AI-generated reports are provided "as is" for informational purposes. They may contain false positives, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for professional security audits, legal advice, or human review. You assume all risk of acting on AI output.
You retain ownership of code you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We retain ownership of the platform, design, and aggregated analytics.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk. Termination does not affect your right to request a refund within the 14-day period under our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova AI Diagnostics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
